What a fun afternoon shooting these two beautiful poodles. -Blitz and Brando pretty much acted like most of younger clients, very active and wanted to run and run, that is until that got a treat! Trying to get them sit together and look at me was a task in its own but lots of fun and laughs in the process but I am quite happy with the final results of their Doggie Portrait together – they both look so royal and well behaved! Thanks for a fun afternoon guys!
Full of Color and Fun!
Had a blast with this family last week – they were great and we had so much fun! Here are a few of my favorites – so much emotion in each of these. The first image reminds me of a lot of my favorite art/photography pieces on my walls – subjects are small with lots of scenery and texture (of course on my walls it would be black and white). Thanks for a fun afternoon.
Love the last image of the night – this little guy has so much fun playing in the leaves he didn’t want to leave!!!!
7 little ones (part 2)
I just giggle when I see all these little kids – they are so sweet and so close to one another! Here is part 2… love so many of them but here are my favorites!
Wow – 7 under 5 (teaser)
Not sure if it is nice to tease but I promise I will be posting more soon! I was not sure if I could pull 7 under 5 off but love the results of this family image and all the personality in the image! All of you were so wonderful to work with and had fun laughing with you! I sling all the cousins run around – they have such a special relationship with one another.
Thanks for sharing your time with me on your busy day! I am showing just one image in a black and white and color. I am so partial to black and white but you guys did a great job coordinating your colors against the beautiful fall backdrop that I had to share both…
Love of Horses!
Every year I love to photograph Little J because it is always an adventure and full of energy. This year was no different and met Little J and her Mom at a local horse farm where Little J takes lessons. The minute I arrived Little J was so excited to tell me all about the farm, horses and colt. She really wasn’t sure what she wanted me to see first so off we went and captured some great shots of Little J and her love of horses. Thanks for the fun afternoon!

I think in the image above the colt is actually smiling for me…
Blue Hen Lovebirds…
This couple was very excited to have their engagement session shot at the University of Delaware since they are both alumni at the college. The University of Delaware was the perfect backdrop for this beautiful couple! I am looking forward to photographing their wedding next summer in Philadelphia! A special thanks to Millie of Millie’s Photography for her talent and fun.
Daddy’s Little Boy….
I couldn’t not name my title this but the truth is he is quite Mommy’s little guy too! The minute I saw him he had a huge smile for me and they didn’t stop the whole session. He was also quite the ball player too! I had to be prepared to play catch and take pictures at the same time but Mom and Dad forgot to mention Sue B is not very good at being coordinated doing both, as the pine cones and balls went by me a few times
Thanks for a fun morning!
Little Pumpkin…
Such a cutie – last year I photographed him as a newborn and here he is one year later! It was a tad cold but we still managed to get some smiles out for the camera. I love his little hat and sweater!
Fabulous Fall Day….
Not only did we have fabulous weather but what a great family to photograph – thanks for a fun afternoon!
Dancing in the Rain…
Anyone who says you can’t have happiness without the sun has never danced in the rain with Sue B and Liz while doing their wedding portraits! I have to give lots of thanks to both Heather, Tom and their wedding party for being so great. Of course we took Tom and Heather out with an umbrella and took a few quick shots around the Manor. As we were walking back to the Inn we looked up in the sky and saw a rainbow – what better way to seal a marriage then a rainbow! Heather and Tom, you both looked stunning and wish you all the the happiness and love in your new life!
A huge thank you goes out to Liz, of Elizabeth McCormick Photography, who not only is talented but was willing to get SOAKED for the sake of great portraits! You are the best!
